The EDITOR OF REGIONAL PUBLICATIONS shall:
  • Edit, publish, and distribute at least two newsletters a year.
  • Obtain from the Membership Chair a current list of members' names and addresses.
  • At least once a year, incorporate in the regional newsletter, a report provided by TYCA-PNW's national TYCA representative.
  • Work with the Program Chair and the local Arrangements Chair on preconference publicity.
  • Edit, publish and distribute a report of the annual conference to the members of TYCA-PNW.  This report may be part of the regular regional newsletter or it may be a special publication.
  • Send to the editor of Teaching English in the Two -Year College (TETYC) copies of all regional publications.
Additionally, the Publications Editor: 
  • Shall serve a three-year term beginning at a time designated by the TYCA-PNW board.
  • May hold office for not more than two consecutive terms and may be re-elected after retirement from office for one year.
  • Shall hold no other office on the TYCA-PNW Board.
  • Shall be a member in good standing in TYCA-PNW and in TYCA/NCTE.
