Conference Hotel:

Our official conference hotel is The Wittenberg Inn, located in Keizer, Oregon about ten minutes from Chemeketa Community College. Attendees can check out the hotel by logging on to www.wittenberginn.com. We will also be having our conference dinner on Friday night at 8:00 in the banquet room of this hotel. The TYCA rate for this hotel is $55.00 a night. We have seventy rooms blocked until October 1st.

Guests can still book after October 1st at the $55.00 rate; the hotel needs to be informed that guests are with the TYCA conference. There is an indoor pool and a complimentary breakfast. The Wittenberg also features free wireless internet access.

Shuttle Information from Portland International Airport (PDX):

From PDX, The HUT shuttle runs to The Red Lion in Salem every 45 minutes. We can arrange for a van to pick conference participants up from the shuttle drop-off if you choose to take the shuttle instead of renting a car. The shuttle costs $30 for a one-way ticket.
